About our Adult Foster Care division:
We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. All of our homes have 4 bedrooms each. Most of our clients can live independently, but need some help with certain tasks. A couple of our programs have additional cares involved so there is a higher starting wage for that. Location: Duluth and Surrounding Areas
Hours of Position: Flexible Scheduling! Multiple positions available with AM, PM or Overnights
Compensation: $14.50-$16.00/hour
Job Duties:
- Cooking and Cleaning
- Medication Administration and Documentation
- Socializing with Residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
- Going to Appointments with Residents
Requirements:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 18 years or older, and have completed HS diploma or GED
- Pass a MN DHS Background Study
- Available to work every other weekend
- Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and a clean record
