About our Assisted living division:
We serve aging adults, adults with mental health disabilities and adults with physical disabilities. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely-devoted to caring for our clients. Our RN position performs a variety of nursing duties in the care of home care residents, complies with state rules and regulations, and follows established policies and procedures. Rotating on-call schedules.
Location: 5601 Grand Ave, Duluth, MN 55807 & 426 Mason Dr, Wrenshall, MN, 55797
Hours of Position: Part time, flexible scheduling. Position is flexible and can be anywhere from 16 to 30 hours per week based on candidate’s needs. Hours are Monday through Friday days (unless weekends are preferred by candidate).
Compensation:$29-$31/hour

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse works with the RN Director and Program Manager/Director to ensure the smooth day to day operation by being present to provide guidance, accept complaints and resolve conflict with staff and with residents. This position is responsible for planning, developing and directing the programs, services, activities and employees of the agency consistent with company policies. Oversees, implements and manages delivery of health related services to the residents by staff. Assures that all requirements of the Assisted Living licensure are met. Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing for RN
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse within the State of Minnesota.
- Previous RN experience/Assisted Living experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
